- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I had the option to give zero stars I would . I spoke to one of the employees named Eric to book tickets for the sunset cruise . I was told that the tickets were confirmed and to wait for the transportation. But no transportation showed up for me . I called the guy few times and left a message .And after the fact that the cruise left I get a phone call from the guy asking me to go out for a nice dinner instead. This is absolutely not professional and not how anyone should operate This is just ridiculous and I do not get any refunds for no mistake of mine.
