  George Krischke of Honolulu HI 5, now Hawaii Living, helped us remotely sell our Waikiki condo in a short time with little stress. George was patient answering our questions and went above and beyond to help us get a handyman, painter and a carpet installer to get the condo ready to put on the market. We have sold other properties and have worked with a variety of realtors. We found George to be professional, gave excellent advise and listened to our concerns.   Our search for a Honolulu condominium quickly led to the Honolulu HI5 website. The service was as good as the site. George Krischke not only has the knowledge, but he attends to details and is careful to make sure that all the other parties do so as well. Most impressive of all it happens with grace, good humor, and apparent ease. After many years of selling and owning real estate we know how much effort it takes to make the process seem simple.
