  We have been here for a little over 4 months and we live in the new buildings. The website that was up in 2017 indicated that new amenities would be completed early 2018, now we are being told will not be completed until the end of 2018, after our lease ends. We made the decision to move into the new building and pay over $2500 based on the amenities that would be available early 2018 not late 2018! We have attempted to bring what we consider as misrepresentation and false advertisement to the attention of local management, however there seems to be no concern for what we have to say. The first two individuals we spoke with were polite and helpful, however the property manager, speaks to you as if you are stupid, and likes to side step questions.

  This is about 90% over the course of my year lease which is already a huge red flag not to move here, and am almost done with this nightmare by the end of the month. Oh! And check the news reports for the murder. It blows me away how people can still be interested in moving here despite the ratings from Google maps itself. Concluding to that list the laundry prices rose from $1.75 to a full $2 now, unreasonably overcharged utilities bill, seen 2 dead rats so far 1 on the staircase near me and one in the grass at the bottom of the stairs, and you won't get your security deposit back either since you may think your place is good to go they still want to hire their private cleaners by using your security deposit despite your place being spotless. Don't believe me? Ask them yourself. If you want to break your lease early then you'll be financially screwed since you have to pay double what you pay monthly in order to get out of there.

  Heather at the rental office is the bomb. She has been my rock over the last year. Assisting me with work order, improvements, paperwork , and overall quality of life. I can not say enough good things in how Heather and the rest of the team has taken care of my needs.
